Prisoner 7. This is my first cosplay and my most extensive cosplay.
Prisoner 7 is based on the main character from the cancelled Fallout sequel Fallout Van Buren (aka Fallout 3). However, it is not the exact same, since I live on the east coast, my character expands on the post game story, after Prisoner 7 destroys the satellite BOMB -001. This is why my character has a California license plate (because of where the game starts) as well as Maine plates, Massachusetts plates, and New Hampshire plates (because of post game). This cosplay started about four years ago when I decided I wanted to do a Fallout cosplay. I originally wanted to do a character from a main line game but I felt that everyone does that so I decided against it. Four years later (summer 2024) I had finally finished the first version of my cosplay, where the sewing was done with iron on fabric. I enjoyed going to Wicked Con, Rhode Island Comic Con (RICC) and North East Comic Con. People took lots of pictures with me and I really had a fun time. A few months after North East Comic Con I decided I wanted to properly do the stitching on the jumpsuit, so, I decided to hand sew the design on the jumpsuit and what resulted was version 1.5 of my cosplay. This also changed because instead of carrying the large plasma rifle I would carry, I got a light weight laser pistol, this was a great improvement since it meant that it wouldn't be so taxing on me to walk around for five or six hours in cosplay. I thought that I had improved it as much as I could but found that recently (April 2025) there could be improvement. I am trying to go to Wicked Con and I have to take the train since my car was totaled and my truck won't be registered in time, this means I need to make my cosplay light weight and have it fit in a bag. I have decided I won't use a welding helmet but welding goggles instead, I will also use an alien blaster (from Fallout 3) instead of the laser pistol. The armor will stay the same as well as the pipboy. I will upload new pictures as I get them.
